Alien Design Lab may change the below terms at any time. Please be sure to view these terms and understand them before purchasing any files or memberships.

Returns / Return Policy
Due to the digital nature of all files sold on AlienDesignLab.com there will be NO REFUNDS.

If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us. All links to the designs are emailed immediately after purchase. Also remember you can log in on the website directly to access your files after purchase.

Sharing / Re-selling
If you are in violation of sharing or re-selling any files created by Alien Design Lab – we reserve the right to cancel your access to all future and current designs without notice, and without a refund. There will be NO REFUNDS for any digital files.

Explanation of “Lifetime Drive Access” – The Lifetime Drive Access is defined by being accessible for life. The Drive will always be accessible to anyone who has purchased the Lifetime Drive Access Membership. New designs will be created on a regular basis and added to the lifetime drive for Drive Members. Designs added will be at the discretion of Alien Design Lab. All Current designs within the Drive are included, along with all future designs that are created specifically for the Lifetime Drive.

Other memberships may not be included within the Lifetime Access and will need to be purchased separately. All files will not be available to a single membership. Alien Design Lab reserves the rights to create new designs to be added to different membership levels at any time.

By purchasing the Lifetime Access Drive or any digital files or memberships on Alien Design Lab you are agreeing to the above mentioned items. Once payment is complete, there are no refunds! If you have any questions please contact us prior to purchasing.
